Work With Me

Work With Me — Julia Phuong Ha

Work With Me

When you can see the pattern clearly — and seeing it is no longer enough.

You can see the pattern. You may even know what a better decision would look like.

But when the stakes become real, the same way of operating returns.

This is where the work shifts from seeing the pattern to changing what keeps reproducing it.

Knowing what is happening is different from being able to change it.

There is a point where more insight stops creating more movement.

01

You can understand that everything does not need to come back to you — and still become the point where every important decision lands.

02

You can know you want more space, intimacy, health, or freedom — while the structure of your life keeps recreating the opposite.

03

You can know what you want next and still find that the way you have learned to succeed cannot carry you there without repeating the same cost.

At that point, the work is no longer only to understand the pattern. It is to change what keeps reproducing it.

Two ways to enter the work.

Programs begin with a challenge that is already clear. Private Work begins when the situation itself needs to be understood more precisely.

Programs

The challenge is clear. You need a structure that can carry the change.

Programs are built around a specific challenge or period of change.

You already know what you want to work through. The program gives the work enough structure and time to be applied, tested, and integrated in real life.

The central challenge is already clear.
You want sustained work, not another isolated insight.
The work benefits from a clear process you can stay with over time.
Private Work

When the work needs to become specific to your life.

Private Work begins when the situation itself needs to be understood more precisely.

The stakes may be higher. Several parts of life or work may be interacting at once. Or you may know something has to change without yet seeing what is holding the situation in place.

The situation is complex or highly specific to your context.
The same problem keeps returning despite reasonable solutions.
The first question is what is actually holding the situation in place.

Work through a specific challenge with enough structure for change to take hold.

Each Program is built around a specific area of change. Its landing page will show the focus, experience, duration, fit, and enrollment details.

Current Programs

Active Programs will appear here as they open. Each program will link directly to its own landing page.

The Entry to Private Work

Understand what is actually holding the situation in place before deciding what to do next.

The Diagnostic / Roadmap is a paid working session with standalone value.

We step back from the immediate problem, look at the larger situation, and identify what is actually limiting movement before deciding what the next step requires.

01

Clarify the reality you want.

What are you trying to create, change, experience, or move toward — and what makes it meaningful now?

02

Map what is happening now.

Look at the relevant decisions, patterns, structures, relationships, pressures, and context shaping the current reality.

03

Locate what is holding it in place.

Distinguish what requires strategy, structure, skill, capacity, or deeper transformation.

04

Leave with a direction.

Identify the most appropriate next step based on what the situation actually requires.

You may leave with a direction you can implement independently, a relevant Program, or — where the fit is clear — a longer Private Engagement.

The session stands on its own. A longer Private Engagement is recommended only when the work genuinely calls for it.

Common Questions

Do I need to join Membership before working with you?

No. Membership is a separate ongoing relationship with the Living Lab. It is not a prerequisite for Programs or Private Work.

Do I need a Diagnostic before joining a Program?

No. You can enter an active Program directly when it clearly matches the challenge you want to work through.

What happens after the Diagnostic?

You leave with a clear recommended direction based on what the session reveals. That may be something you implement independently, a relevant Program, or a longer Private Engagement where there is a strong fit.

What if I am not sure whether I need a Program or Private Work?

If a current Program clearly matches the challenge you want to work through, you can enter that Program directly.

If the first question is still what is actually holding the situation in place — especially when several areas of life or work are interacting — the Diagnostic is the clearer place to begin.
